Terms of use

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the website at scalableapi.digital and inquiries submitted through it for ScalableAPI engagement services. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit forms. Engagements for API transaction audit monitoring are governed by a separate written statement of work once accepted by both parties.

Services described

Content on this site describes professional audit and advisory engagements. It is informational. Publishing fee guidance does not create a binding contract until a statement of work is signed.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to ScalableAPI or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed as stated in that engagement’s statement of work.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the site, submit malicious content through forms, impersonate another person, or use the site to solicit unrelated services.

Disclaimer

Website content does not constitute legal, regulatory, or accounting advice. Audit findings under a paid engagement reflect the scope and evidence available at the time and are not a guarantee of regulatory outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScalableAPI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are set in the statement of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
